Another week - many impressions!

I hope you had a good week too?
I was at the University a lot this week. I love the park we have there - it is perfect to spend the lunchtime outside. Uhhhhh I also cooked a lot. I have to say my filled puff pastry was delicious (one was filled with spinach and sheep-milk-cheese and the other one with sauerkraut and apple). My weekend I had to spend in the wilderness - hahah it was SO cold that i had to sleep with all my clothes on. But it was nice beeing with my colleagues. The classes about "nordic walking" and "team-building" were quite interesting. The colors were rich and the air fresh - I enjoyed staying outside.
I made "Quinoa-chocolate-balls" - Wow I never thought that vegan food can be so delicious!
