new year

a fresh start in a new year means a lot to me 
for this year 2013 i will start with "fasting" 
and give my body a special treat 
you want it too? so here we go

but first something you have to know about fasting: 
- it is willingly abstaining from "bad" food and
"drinks" for a period of time my 
- it is about getting rid of previous addictions 
(caffeine, salt, sugar, fast food, etc.)
- you should not have diabetes, be pregnant or breastfeeding,
 or having any chronic disease 
- pls check first with your doctor to find out
if it is safe and appropriate to you 

what is my fasting about:
- i do this because i want to "clean" my body,
not lose weight! 
- to be on a balanced diet again 
- fresh fruits & vegetables 
- drink at least 2.5 liters a day 
water, tea & fruit or veggi juices
(support the purification and best possible function of your body)
- absolut no "bad" food (fried food, sugar, caffeine, etc)

how to do it:
- i will do it about 4-6 days 
- during this fasting period i will focus on my body
- treat my body well with "BCP" (BodyCareProducts) 
(hand cream, facial masks, peelings, lip balsam, hair repair, body butter, etc)

- it is not only for my body, but also for my mental training!
- do yoga but no excessive sport
