yoga

woah 
this week is crazy 
so many things happend and i´m eager to tell you 

- i got two supervisors for my master thesis 
- i finally had the "balls" to quit my current job 
- yoga, yoga, yoga 
- hahaha i ate a lot 

without this weeks yoga i would propably eating a ton of chocolate right now  
during the classes i remembered that the goal in life is not being "super skinny" but that your are healthy and have fun in your life - with your body
a little bodyshaping is not hurting - so maybe switch to goals that foster happiness 
yoga learned me to focus on my strength from the inside out and that the physical will fall into place by itself 
same here with nutrition - think about it as fuel - that power your day and workouts 

love your food
love your body
