new weeks schedule

well guys this week will hit it
actually this past week was a little out of 
control about my food habits, haha

i´m not fat or something 
i gained 2 kg
and yes it is just muscles
but it feels strange 
next weeks challenge
will be to eat correct and healthy
again 

Hard work. pays off.
push hard - it will be rewarding 
so lets just kick ass 
and train insane 

another thing i´m very proud of: 
they came this week 

uhhhhhh 
i love them 
they turned out perfect 
i love them 
they are for my class 
yoga & pilates components with cardio aspects 
i´m so happy that i can teach my first class 
i got a super room too 

have a nice start into this wonderful week
