new weeks schedule

this week will be an amasing one 
i can feel it

what i learned latest: 
- don´t let dreams be dreams
- they don´t happen overnight
- find comfort in discomfort
- work it out baby 
- communication is important 
- you will figure out a way 
- you can do it 

the only thing what was standing between me and my goal - was my mind... i had so many bad days lately and my thoughts were just negative and this determines your emotions and even your actions
thats why i needed a change, it worked a lot with yoga 
my mind started thinking again 
and good positive thoughts were coming back

so you have to stay positive and think as positively as possible 

and NOW figure out a new goal for you
this will be our challenge of the week

maybe it is a sporty challange or a creative one 
but just do it

and trust me this thing with comfort in discomfort
you will need it, especially in sports

my challange is: stretching my hamstrings to do a split
(i know it is not a weeks goal - but i have to start somewhere)
