Life

Life has been very exciting recently 
so much going on 
there is never a dull moment for sure 
i´m so overweamled by so many things that a need time to structur it 
on my business side of things my latest 
project has been a sucess, so far 
which is awesome
the feedback i´m getting from friends and family is just exciting

3rd week of detox challenge 
and well i´m feeling great
for me it is a little bit life changing 
i do like/love meat but i really don´t need it 
tofu and other supplements are great
a lot of blogs helped through it 
because the most challenging part is to cook 
to cook in such an exciting way as with meat is not that easy 
but i learned 
learned a lot 
and now i´m a veggie pro hahaha 
no not really but on a good way to be one
i like the challenge because of doing something different 
and well maybe i will stick to the "nomeat" thing 

ahhh aaaannnnddd
summer is here 
finally austria 
i can tell because no matter what i seam to do
(flat iron it, curl it, even cutting them, or just let it air dry) 

it ends up looking like a mess

Lovin

there is no secret that i love food 
yeah i might be a little picky here and there 
but that´s only because i know what i like to eat 

so here some of my favorites of this week 
breakfast is the time i enjoy the most of the day 
and once a week we love to have a big breakfast 
with indulging morning fresh squeezed orange juice 
cuban style sandwiches, porridge, fruits, mozarella, veggies, granola & yogurt

first week impressions

how was your week? mine was pretty busy, but in a good kind.. 
spend a lot of time in the university, started with our detox-challenge, finally got some sleep 
all i know is that i fell asleep too fast 
so fast that i even did´t get the chance to watch tv with my man

finally the sun is out here in vienna 
after days of insane raining and 
i lot of damage done by it 
the summer is here 

the first week of our detox-challange was 
intersting - i´m feeling super good this sunday 
and i´m very excited for next week 
my MrM struggeld a little bit more 
for him it was difficult to decrease and finally stop drinking 
coffee and to change his nutrition habbits 
but he did it and i´m so proud 
next week - next steps will be 
- decrease wheat 
- decrease dairy 
- more veggies 
- structure food routine 

this will be a challenge for me too 
i love all dairy products and i´m eating "only" 4 times a day 
so now i have to eat 6 times 

a day- smaller portions
also our daily morning yoga routine will change 
not only sunsolutions but also triangle pose,
boat, bridge pose, twist and more meditation

news everyone & bits of my week

today is the day 
i´m so excited doing this 
We are doing a 30 days detox program by tiffany cruikshank
and the best part is 
my MrM is doing it too 
first week 
first challenges
no caffeine, no refined sugar, more healthy food 
the only challenge here is the caffeine 
so easy first week 
for MrM it is quite hard
hihi but he will make it 

so stay tunned 

last week was a birthday marathon 
my mom is 50 now 
and we celebrated a lot around the whole family 
a lot of food and sweets 
(even better this detox thing..) 
  
thx mom to be there and to be so helpful all this years 
i love you


during the detox i´m trying to focus
on yoga as much as possible 

do a detox too!?

manifesto



yoga is for all people in the world 
you can not be bad @ yoga 
because there are no policies

eating green


i told you that yoga changed my life and therefore 
also changed my lifestyle 

since i lost a lot of weigth (yes..) 
i thought a lot about food
and the best way to eat healthy 
through yoga i came across this green way of eating 
and i´m a curios person so let´s have a look 

some favourite green foods are kale, 
spinach, broccoli, cucumbers and edamame

what´s so good in eating green or green food? 

there are a number of benefits

+ they have powerful antioxidants 
+ they are rich in chlorophyll and act as detox agents 
+ rich in minerals, like: magnesium, vitamins B,C,E calcium 
+ contain nutrients for a better immune system 
+ high in omega-3 fatty acids 
+ help alkalizie the body 

so you can see that green things are powerful 
body & soul 

i´m trying to eat more green foods
just to do something good for my body 
and to do the next step to be a vegetarian

new weeks schedule & challenges

oh gosh
i can tell you my weekend was without words
i did a 3 days workshop with Tiffany Cruikshank
and i´m stunned 
i learned so much 
just... stunned 

but first here is my schedule for this  week 
so as you can see my challenge "doing yoga to be strong and slim by summer" is going on and on 

i´m trying to increase my weekly session up to 4
yeah 

how was your weekend?
mine was incredible
i learned so much about my body and my further training 
i haven´t even realised the full outcome yet 
the workshop with tiffany was 
a life changing thing, really
now i´m willing to go deeper into the yoga materie

new weeks schedule

whenever i feel stuck or miserable, 
i sneak into my little world of yoga
i´m grateful i came across yoga 
i discovered a lot since i practice it 
and i did so much progress 

now my challenge is to stay practice, practice, practice 
so that one day i´m able to do the crazy things 

but for now, and i mean right now
i would like to get ready for summer 
and i´m doing this with yoga 

3 times a week (or more) i practice yoga 
so that i can prove that yoga is just as good 
as any muscle training in a fitness studio

so go on and try it and you will see 
and if it is just for having a open mind 
and a open body - open heart
just to get rid of all that nasty stress and negativity 
we may carrie around

new weeks schedule

birthday and other things

the past few days were such a blessing 
i was out a lot inhale as much fresh air as possible 

i spend a lot of time with one of my very best friends, Desi 
 and her beautiful baby daughter 
we had a perfect and absolut delicious brunch on thursday 
and on friday we spend the day outside on a flea market 
so once in a while you go out and you make a stay-cation of it
and play tourist with your camera 
love it 
thuesday was kinda special day because my dad turned older^^ 
yes it was his birthday and my little sister and i asked him and my mom out for dinner
we spend the evening in one of our favourites
the Vietnamese restaurant sapa 
my parents never ate that kind of food before 
so we were excitet what they would
say - they loved it 

yesterday we celebrated the birthday of my dad 
with the whole family around 
10 people in one small place - haha ridiculous
but on the other hand funny to watch 
my niece is 3 this month and my nephew 1 
incredible how years go by
spending time with family is important
but also a mess in your apartment with two littles around
