new weeks schedule

sry for being late

here my week in an overview 



this week is nothing special 
more cardio than usual 
because easter was not quite a fasting weekend 
but a feasting one (feeling guilty? NO)

i´m not actually on a diet just:

- avoid diets 
- be open for heathy eating (lot of veggies)
- be obsessed with water 

those 3 tipps should give you guidance 
eating should not make you go crazy, 
be complicated and absolutely not be dedicated to numbers
change your eating habits in a good way 
and never feel guilty for what you eat! 

i know it is not easy but really i also eat cakes, pizza and 
burgers - but i know When to and How much

try it out
just remember that food is your natural fuel
and not your enemy
