new weeks schedule


i´m actually quite freaked out about the fact 
that short shorts and bikini season is 5 heartbeats away
i´m prepared  
now is the best time to get out and be active 
Strong & Slim by Summer with Yoga 
so a lot of yoga for me for the next 7 weeks
i will start with 2 classes a week 
and if possible a third one 
i will eat as healthy ans clean as possible
