dedication to my breakfast & other things

i have to admit, my breakfasts have gotten pretty boring lately
only grabbing a pot full of porridge 

so i will do a 10 days 10 ways challenge of porridge 

here are other things i want to try 

+ breakfast muffins with leftover bananas 
+ have bread on some days 
+ simple oatmeal 
+ just fruits
+ smoothie
+ eggs 

all for breakfast

so enjoy the rest of the week 

ah by the way 
i´m sry but my scheldue changed a little bit this week



yes i´m doing a full weekend Yoga workshop with the adorable 
Tiffany Cruikshank 
i´m so glad that she is in vienna doing this
i love her and i hope to gain a lot of experience out of it
