new weeks schedule

whenever i feel stuck or miserable, 
i sneak into my little world of yoga
i´m grateful i came across yoga 
i discovered a lot since i practice it 
and i did so much progress 

now my challenge is to stay practice, practice, practice 
so that one day i´m able to do the crazy things 

but for now, and i mean right now
i would like to get ready for summer 
and i´m doing this with yoga 

3 times a week (or more) i practice yoga 
so that i can prove that yoga is just as good 
as any muscle training in a fitness studio

so go on and try it and you will see 
and if it is just for having a open mind 
and a open body - open heart
just to get rid of all that nasty stress and negativity 
we may carrie around
