eating green


i told you that yoga changed my life and therefore 
also changed my lifestyle 

since i lost a lot of weigth (yes..) 
i thought a lot about food
and the best way to eat healthy 
through yoga i came across this green way of eating 
and i´m a curios person so let´s have a look 

some favourite green foods are kale, 
spinach, broccoli, cucumbers and edamame

what´s so good in eating green or green food? 

there are a number of benefits

+ they have powerful antioxidants 
+ they are rich in chlorophyll and act as detox agents 
+ rich in minerals, like: magnesium, vitamins B,C,E calcium 
+ contain nutrients for a better immune system 
+ high in omega-3 fatty acids 
+ help alkalizie the body 

so you can see that green things are powerful 
body & soul 

i´m trying to eat more green foods
just to do something good for my body 
and to do the next step to be a vegetarian
